GB Manager
Girls Brigade Nationally launched a new system in 2022 to record details of our members and help with communicaiton to parents, called GB Manager
This has now been rolled out to GB Leaders and parents, who can log on via the Parents Portal to keep their daughters, consent, contact detials and emmergency informaiton uptodate and safe.
If you need informaiton on how to access and update information on the Parents Portal, please let us know. All data will be held within data protection /GDPR rules and is not shared without further consent. If you have any querries, please speak with a GB leader. This information replaces the paper annual consent form and we ask parents to view it at least twice a year (usually in September & March) in order to make sure all the informaiton is upto date so we can keep the girls safe and ensure we have the latest contact detials in the event of an emergency.

Please see below temporary paper membership consent forms - all the data is held securly, in line with GDPR and is required to ensure we have appropraite contact detials and medical information to care for your daughter while she takes part in company activties
We are trying to improve our communication to parents and carers by emailing newsletters and other information directly to them through GB manager - please add you email address to the consent form. This will not be forwarded on to 3rd parties.
